Most of your data is stored locally on your device using secure local storage. This includes:

This data remains on your device and is not transmitted to our servers except as described below.

• Purpose: Subscription management and in-app purchase processing.

5. Data Security

6. Data Retention

• Local Data: Voice notes, todos, and preferences stored on your device remain until you delete them or uninstall the App.
• Cloud Storage: Audio files are deleted immediately after transcription is complete.
• Third-Party Services: Retention is governed by their respective privacy policies.
• Subscription Data: Purchase/subscription info is retained as required by law and for subscription management purposes.

7. Your Rights and Choices

7.1 Access and Control

• View Your Data: Your notes and todos are accessible within the App.
• Delete Data: You can delete individual notes or todos through the App.
• Clear All Data: You can clear all stored data by uninstalling the App.

7.2 Permissions

• Microphone: You can revoke microphone access through your device settings.
• Calendar: You can revoke calendar access through your device settings (if granted).

7.3 Subscriptions

• Manage Subscriptions: Manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Restore Purchases: Restore previous purchases using the App’s restore purchases feature.
